• Embassy fees are covered up to $100; any excess (e.g., UAE commercial documents) is billed separately.

 

Shipping & Handling

• Free FedEx Express Return (1–2 business days) for all U.S. street addresses.

• P.O. Boxes and APO addresses are shipped via USPS; international shipping is billed at actual carrier rates.

 

Processing Timelines

• Processing begins upon physical/digital document receipt and excludes return shipping transit time.

• Turnarounds depend on agency workload, holiday closures (mid-Dec to early Jan, summer peaks), and unforeseen delays.

 

Special Requirements​

• County Clerk: Included free for AL, GA, HI, KY, MD, NY, and TN when required (adds extra processing time).
